Ceylon OP
Ceylon tea is the workhorse of the tea blending industry.  It is also perfect for that old school black tea drinker looking for comfort and no drama.   Famed for its robust character and laid back attitude, this tea is full bodied, with notes of malt and allspice.  Can be served on its own or with milk and sugar.

Brewing Suggestions: Best brewed in a teapot.  No gongfu for you!
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
