Earl Grey
A tea so ubiquitous, it is often the first tea many in the West are exposed to.  If you love Earl Grey, you'll want to say, "I do" to this version.  Ceylon black tea blended with natural bergamot and blue cornflowers. Generally suggested to be drank alone, although some prefer it with milk and sugar. 
Ingredients: Sri Lankan black tea, Bergamot essential oil, Cornflowers.
Brewing Suggestions: Best brewed in a teapot.  No gongfu for you!
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
