English Breakfast
A Breakfast blend of hearty black tea from India, Sri Lanka and China. Full bodied and balanced, this tea has more complexity than your mother's breakfast blend and warrants being served without milk and sugar, although it can pick a fight with either if necessary. 
Ingredients: Assam TGFOP, Ceylon & Keemun Black Tea
Brewing Suggestions: Best brewed in a teapot.  No gongfu for you!
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
