Masala Chai
The Mother of all Masala Chais.  This tea is made to be consumed with milk and sugar.  A delicious morning tonic or afternoon pick me up. 
Ingredients: Assam BOP CTC, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Black Pepper, Star Anise and Marigold Petals.
Brewing Suggestions: Best brewed in a teapot.  No gongfu for you!
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.  Add milk and sugar.
