A middle of the road Matcha that gets the job done.  Whether you are looking to whisk it on it's own, or add milk, this a great affordable option.
Unlike other teas, with Matcha you are consuming the entire leaf.  This makes a single serving much higher in caffeine, equal to that of coffee.  So be careful when consuming!  Also great for using as an a baking or cooking ingredient.

Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 165F/75C. Use 1/2 tsp for 8 oz of water.  Whisk and enjoy.
