Organic Nepalese Hand Rolled Oolong
A semi-oxidized Nepalese tea processed in the Dong Fang Mei Ren style by the famed Jun Chiayabari Estate.  Its complex flavor profile of muscatel, incense, honey and orange blossom, combined with a finish for days, will make a believer even out of the most hardcore of Chinese tea adherents.
Origin: Jun Chiyabari Estate, Dhankuta District, Nepal
Brewing Suggestions: This tea can be thoroughly enjoyed in a western style teapot or in a gongfu style, using a porcelain gaiwan or a semi porous pot.
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes.
Fill your vessel up from a third to half the way (1g of tea per 1 oz).  Using water at around 195F, steep first for 20 seconds, adding 5-10 seconds on each following steep.
