Phoenix Oolong
This tea is a crowd pleaser. There are many styles of Phoenix Oolong. This one is known as Mi Lan Xiang, or Honey Orchid Fragrance. Grown in the Fenghuang (Phoenix) Mountains, this tea is medium bodied, with notes of stonefruit, honey and orchid.

Brewing Suggestions: This tea can be thoroughly enjoyed in a western style teapot or in a gongfu style, using a porcelain gaiwan or a semi porous pot. 
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes.
Fill your vessel up from a third to half the way (1g of tea per 1 oz).  Using water at around 195F, steep first for 20 seconds, adding 5-10 seconds on each following steep.
