In the US, this tea is the most famous of all the Chinese green teas, and is all elbows. Smokey and vegetal with a healthy bite. Can be enjoyed as is or with sugar and a sprig of mint.

Brewing Suggestions: Best brewed in a teapot. No gongfu for you!
We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 185F/80C. Use 2.5g / 1 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes.
