A perfect everyday green tea. Grown in the southern-most tea producing region of Kagoshima. It is lightly steamed, which allows the true character of the leaf to shine through. Oceanic in flavor, with notes of butter, steamed greens and pine.

Brewing Suggestions: Best brewed in a teapot.  No gongfu for you!
We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 175F/80C. Use 2.5g / 1 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 3-5 minutes.
